Greetings fellow JoeUsers. I’m still alive and well over here. Haven't had much of a chance to update lately but I did finish telling you about the other characters in the Strong Bad series. Check out the updated article and the site I’m going on about..

I have been pretty distracted, being that we’ve just had our Australia Day long weekend, with some lovely new people I met at Sonfest earlier in the month.

I mentioned that I saw a gig on Friday but I was a too tired for me to properly enjoy it or for people to get much sense out of me.

I did head back up to the coast on Saturday. Dan (Grem), Ben and I all went to Kondalilla Falls for the arvo. We climbed and jumped off (well I did anyway) some pretty decent sized cliff faces into the water and all managed so stay ever-so-slightly out of trouble before hooking it down the hinterland to the beach just before sunset.

Sunday was a lazy day spent cleaning my room and making the biggest chicken salad sandwich out of two single slices of bread I have ever seen while being totally consumed by Triple J’s Hottest 100 until 5:30pm when I turned up for band prac before church. I was disappointed by Butterfingers only making the 15th place, but The White Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army” came in third after Jet and OutKast.

Monday saw me go back down to Brisbane for Oz Day celebrations. Saw Johnny-san for coffee in West End at this groovy shop with killer lattes then went vinyl shopping at South Bank. I amassed two crates full, paid for my treasure, and then went to hang out with Teegs for the afternoon. Once we figured out what to do, the arvo rolled on smoothly. I didn’t do too badly at pool either. Lost the first time from way in front. Regained dignity in my second round.

Nathan is a pretty cool dude. I think we'll get on pretty well in future. At the moment.. all the friends of hers that I have met, I have liked. Some much more than others, but they are all very likable. I just wish I could remember everybody's name! Doh.

After hot chips, wedges, sour cream and sweet chilli near Indooroopilly train station (*hand to forehead* Oh, the memories!) it was off to Nathan’s house. I didn’t think I was going to get there at one stage due to being monumentally lost, but I got there. Eventually. We watched a few episodes of “Space Ghost: Coast to Coast” on SVCD which is now my favourite TV cartoon. It’s still being played on Cartoon Network, late nights on Friday! I think I was laughing for almost an entire episode. I even hit my head. Holy Fun-tacular Animations, Batman!

Crumbs! It’s 3am and I have to work today not long after it becomes daylight.
