Catch up on the escapades of the Sunshine Coast's most notorious soft toy. Don't let the soft, hand-knitted exterior fool you. This monkey is full of vengeance, hatred and could strangle you with his tail. He also likes Pina Coladas and walks in the rain.
And what's a synonym for antonym?!?

I was commenting on Friday to a blog by Teegstar and by the time I had finished what started out to be just a quick comment quickly ended up being about an entry's worth of random daily happenings... You can check out my excessively long comment HERE.
I couldn't be bothered to write another blog, so if you have some unhealthy attachment to my online space and must read as much about me as possible.... then knock yourself out! Read me! I mean, go for it. Then seek professional help.
Also, you will find some newly posted pics in my online album... Check them OUT! Comments welcome.

Included are pics of the rock climbing/bowling bucks nite that happened on Saturday night. It was a VERY tropical 38 degrees that evening and quite uncomfortable to say the least. Everyone had a good crack at scaling the cliff face, but it was Kane, Sam and myself who managed to climb highest. We all got so far but were stuck from going any further due to a slight overhang about 3/4 of the way up. I did the climb the quickest though, and with no gloves or shoes on. I didn't want to do the climb like everyone else. People told me I was crazy, but that didn't hold me back. It also didn't stop me from diving into the Brisbane River after my climb to retrieve a volleyball lost by a female Swedish tourist. She asked so nicely! I really felt like going for a dip anyway. I was perspiring much more than I had all day and I was absolutely drenched from head to toe, making my fingers, toes and appendages slip from the rock-face as I was climbing and forcing me to abandon going any further. I think I sort-of wrecked it for the guy doing the climb following me as well. I think the rocks were still slippery from all of my ickyness.

The supervisory-type-person, who thankfully kept us safe and made it possible by supplying all the gear, made it up the full face in just over 5 minutes with his special ballet shoes and his uncanny ability to almost tuck his ankle behind his ear while climbing. This is the only mention he gets because he's done it all 100 times before!

The Milton 10-Pin Bowl was a good place for a Boag's and.. a bowl. Suprisingly. Cameron got dressed in some more stylin' threads and I kicked everyone's butt by scoring 169 points in our only game. The place looks a little better now that it's been renovated. I should go back there for a gig sometime soon.

Today: I learnt a new song today. It was pretty catchy and groovy. It will be good to bust it out again soon. I also met up with my bestest mate Pia, tonight after church, for coffee and Karaoke... a regular thing we do. Well, I sing, she watches. I'll get her up there one day. We went for Baskin Robbins after coffee and this new Funky Monkey banana flavour caught my eye. With a name like that, I couldn't go past it. That, coupled with some strawberry-cream valentine concoction, hot caramel fudge, whipped cream and a cherry on top, added up to be one heck of a sundae.... and Sunday.

A <img src= made in BR heaven...... Due its explicit nature, this pic has been digitally altered. ...or something.">

I'm tired and it's waaaayyyy past my bedtime. You're not getting a witty farewell. ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
